When do I need to start using anti-Es?

I have some nolva here and I'm doing my first cycle (500mg test e ew, 400 mg EQ ew, .25 arimidex ed).

What are the things I need to look for? I am aware of growing breast tissue but what else?

I use my antie E's day begining day one of the cycle all the way thru the end.
I dont like waiting until problems arise,,I cut them off before the even get the
chance of starting.

I like it.^^^^ This is what I tell people all the time. You wanna minimize the amount of drugs you put in your body, but take the necessary steps to PREVENT issues from arising instead of letting them happen than trying to rush with other drugs to reverse it.

The best advice is usually to err on the side of caution and run from the start , that said I don't , I know my body well enough to only have to if problems arise , I am fortunate in that my body handles things well and don't really need one for the most part but again I always have on hand !

sensitive and irritable nipples is usually a good sign, start with a low dose of adex and adjust as necessary. And always have letro on hand

Alin is 100% correct, and I as well use my Letro from day one at .25 as a maintenance dose in an effort to ensure I do not have gyno at all. Also as Gymjunkie said, swollen, puffy, sensitive and itchy nipples are the first signs of gyno. Best of luck to you.
