Where do i incorporate clean&jerk
I have my regimine split into 4 workouts. chest, legs, shoulders, back. In that order. My back day includes deads. I want to incorporate cleans into the wrokout somewhere. I was thinking of adding it to my shuolder workout but since i do back after shoulders and it works the back, i figured it wouldnt work. Then i considered doing it on back day but since i had done shoulders previously, i figured it may not workout. Im trying to avoid working a muscle on 2 consecutive days. Can anyone think of a better split or somewhere to incorporate this?
