When CUTTING is it ok to eat right before BED???

I'm currently 6'3", 185 pounds at 8% bf. I'm trying to get to 6% over the next few weeks. I've been drinking casein powder with 3 tbsp ANPB right before bed. Is this recommended or should I try to drink my shake a couple hours before falling asleep??
 
It's not bad, just remember to include this in your daily caloric intake.

Having a slow-digesting shake before bed is a good idea as it will help slow catabolism. Maintaining muscle mass while cutting is very important to help keep metabolism revved. :)
 
ALthough, now that I read this again....THREE tablespoons of ANPB? That's a lot of calories and fat before bed.... I would lean towards less fat. Fat and carbs are the main energy sources....and since all you'll be doing is sleeping, I would think you need just enough "energy" (calories) to repair your body/muscles. 3 tbsp might be overkill.

But, maybe I am skewed because I am a female, thinking about a females diet. Maybe some males could chime in on this.
 
the shake before bed is a good idea but 3 tbspn is too much if you need the fat move it to the meal before this one..it is also debateable how much it will slow ur digestion
 
yeah dude, crab a pizza and some hamburgers, right before bed.
just make sure you dont run out out of your hgh/t3/clen
 
I slam a pretty thick shake and probably down 3-4 cups of peanuts every night before bed, def. equal to 3 tb of pb........you're fine bro, you're a big dude, eat up..........
