when coming off cycle

how do you adjust your training and diet.

what has been the most successful for you?

aspecially if you NOT going to do a cycle in like 6 months

Glutamine is a Godsend, also creatine. I keep my protein up and try not to go crazy on the cardio.

Hey, there's allways a bridge cycle!

I know what u mean, me and the old lady are trying to have kids and I had to quit, it really sucks but I do actually feel really good now! Hey, maybe I can actually gain 25lbs when I get back on! I can still dream, can't I?

I would not be suprised if you gain 10-15 naturally, then hit the sauce, and you'lle really get big!


good luck with the child bearing, just don't throw out your back trying:)
