I went to a bar the other night because some friends of mine were playing there that night...

I sat in the crowd as long as I could then just had to get out to the dance floor (was dragged out there...lolololol). I danced a song or two and big people just don't look right when trying to dance...especially when there are LOTS of people all around you. I just could not move...not without hurting people when I bumped into them...lol...

The next day, my buddy told me that I looked like I was dancing in a phone booth without the telephone...lolololol

I wanna get as big and ripped as possible, but not at the expense of flexibility. I do believe you CAN have both!

Stretching... before, during, and after weights is what I do.

You sound like a good old buddy of mine named Charlie... big ass Arab guy. We always used to laugh at how big and drunk he'd be out on the floor dancing.. bumping into people... knocking them yards and yards away... but oblivious the whole time he was sooo freakin' jacked! LOL!

There was this big ass black guy(prob around 300 lbs) at the gym the other day. He was listening to headphones while working out. He apparently was enjoying the music he was listening to, cause between every set he start dancin. I don't mean swaying or bobbing his head, but if he was in a 6x6 box he would have went through every wall. I don't think he realized everyone was looking at him, hummin and singing away. Pretty funny!
