Look ultimately it is diet and training that determines how much BF you loose on a cycle. Some steroids help, sure, BUT these are only a small part of the equation really as steroids are primarily to increase weight and if you increase your lean body mass you will loose BF if your training and diet is on point.
Now if you are already at a lower BF then the steroids become more critical but again you need really to be in single digit bodyfat for this to have any real noticeable effect. There are a few to consider when your already in the single digit range like Trenbolone, Masteron, Winstrol, etc but most guys have a personal favorite one way or the other but sure any of these are suitable.
