what's your training split while juicing?

I know this has been brought up before and for the life of me I can't freakin find anything that interests me with the search feature.
I'm looking to use a 4-5 day training split and can't figure out how to arrange it. I'll be runnin test/eq and this is my present routine:

DAY 1 - CHEST/BI
DAY 2 - LEGS/ABS
DAY 3 - BACK/TRI
DAY 4 - OFF
DAY 5 - SHOULDERS/TRAPS
DAY 6 - DEAD LIFTS/ABS
DAY 7 - OFF
REPEAT.

been lifting on and off for 7 years, seriously the first 2 and last 3 years.

Hey what would you recomend for a wrestler I wrestle Mon-Fri. What kind of split do you think would work best for me. I am 6"2 I weigh 227 right now about 12-13% body fat. I have had 1 major knee surgery 3 small menicus repairs I have pretty bad knees and it is kind of hard for me to train legs but that is my week point and I want to push them to the max and get them big and strong and ready for the season. I have been struggling with finding a routine. I am trying to stay away from training like a body builder and stay more towards muscle endurance. Any kind of help would be very appreciated.......TAPOUTM
 
my best gains came from working larger muscle groups down to the smaller ones as the week progressed with the exception of a rest day between deads and squats. something like this.
Monday - Quads/Hams/Calves
Tuesday - Chest/Abs
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Back/Calves
Friday - Shoulders/Abs
Saturday - Bi's/Tri's/Fore's
Sunday - Off

My Current Split is a killer.
Day 1. 5am - Chest - 1pm - Legs
Day 2. 5am - Shoulders - 1pm - Triceps
Day 3 - Off
Day 4 - 5am - Back - 1pm - Biceps/Fore's
Day 5 - 5am - Legs - 1pm - Chest
Day 6 - off
Day 7 - 5am - Triceps - 1pm - Shoulders
Day 8 - 5am - Biceps/fore's - 1pm - Back
Day 9 - off
Repeat.
*abs trained 3 times during this split.
Nothing like some overtraining. i'd recomend a week off after going through this 2 - 3 times depending on your diet.
