CARDIO! Whats the best amount of time to do cardio while bulking i want to try to stay with the cardio ive worked up to i dont want to eliminate it but do u guys thinki should keep with 4-5 day a week for like 25-35 mins in the am or should i switch to something else while doing a bluking cycle like this all ttokkyo 500mgs of cypionate and 400mgs of deca a week and 30 mg Dbol a day liquidex .5mg eod. im 6ft0in 230lbs i want to keep fat gain to a minium but still make good gains is this possible? any help is greatly appreciated.

Personally, If I am trying to bulk. I only do cardio to keep my heart going - not for fat burning. I do maybe 20-30 minutes 2-3 times a week - low intensity. You are better off doing to little than too much when trying to bulk.

Keep your cardio, where your at, you will be chaning your diet, training and adding a cycle, Your doing a great job with the cardio try to maintain and gain lean mass.

I do intense cardio 3 times a week (sprints, hills, stairmaster on level 20, etc), it works well for me. If you are going to lift that day also, I have heard to lift first.
 
well when i used to bulk i would never do cardio, but i came to realize that it is bad on my heart..duh!! so for now on when i am bulking i will do the same thing nautica does. 20-25 min 2-3 times a week.
 
the only cardio i get is from anxiety attacks.........thats really gets my heart pumping:)
