I think code and I are in the exciting romantic and adventerous world of software coding.

I design encryption algorithms and act as systems security chimp.

But I'm moving out of it (slowly) and into real estate investment. Not equity, I don't want to steal equity from people. I'll make money on the back end of the deal.

Weelllllll.....

40 an hour Training
12.30 per hour at the Wellness Center
...after that is taken out - about 42 cents of unemployment

no theoretical limit. I have lots of jobs though.

Georgie24 - PTs have flooded the market (at least in NY and FL), and the salaries are not that great. OT's are even worse. The highest paid PT's and OT's are at skilled nursing facilities generally, and even then it is hard to get more than $90K. That's best case scenario.

There is a huge call for contract work on the OT side, though. Mrs Pennypacker left her hospital job a while ago and has been doing contract work with children under the age of 3. $65 per half hour and she's been forced to turn down a lot of cases. One time initial evals are $125 per case. She won't do that, though, until she gains some more experience working with the kids.
Another thing to consider is a feeling a accomplishment. I work my ass off to make a lot of old guys sitting in a board room a lot of money. My wife changes the lives of children and parents for the better.
