What's your lbs?

Curious....

What's the average here for weight? I've been fighting a bizzare battle myself with 2lbs lately. It's been a goal to hit 300lbs for a couple years. I'm sitting at 298 right now, and no matter what I do, I can't break into 300.

Now, I'm not saying It's a 100% lean 298, but that's what cardio is for right? ;)

I'd just like to make the mark to say I was there. 6'4" height-wise.


What's the w3rd?

You know what's sick? I've thought about holding it in for a day, just to see that on the scale after work. Like clockwork, I empty after lunch. It would be a hollow victory at best. ;)
 
No shit, fireball. I met Tom Prince at 308 (he is 5'8") in the off season a couple years ago, and I felt pretty tiny standing next to him. So 5'4" 300 lbs would be pretty huge.

Drink as much water as you can and then immediately weigh yourself. Should gain at least 2 pounds.

For me 150lbs was a milestone weight, which I did break while bulking this past fall, but not legitimately. Recently I started sprinting and am hard again at 148.


When I start bulking again in the fall my goal is 3lbs of muscle. This time next year I plan to be as lean as I am now and still be able to use the big 150lb weight on the hospital scale. :)
 
Thies morning........5'11" (although I feel like I am shrinking) and 274 lbs. Bodyfat is hovering around the 9-10% mark. :chomp:

Ok, if I only have Anya by 10lbs I'm pretty sure that makes it official that I am like the smallest guy here. Watch out people, you never know when this 158lb crazy-train could derail and come looking for you!! :evil: ;)

No idea what my BF % is but I've been known to show an ab or two.
