hey bros! just a little curious. whats your favorite excercises for

back?
shoulders?
biceps?
triceps?
chest?

maybe i can add some excercises to my workout!

shoulders and chest: anything with dumbells

legs: squats

for the rest I don't have any preferences.
 
Back = dumbbell row
delts= dumbbell press
Chest= Inc dumbell press
Legs= lunges
bis = seated dumbbell curl
Tris= french curls

Chest = Incline bench press
Back = Pull-down
Legs = Squat
Shoulders = Barbell press
Biceps = 21st Barbell curl
Triceps = Standing triceps extension
