It's beyond moronic to even think like this. Take the typical forum member and they will only be a tiny bit more serious about training than most gym users. So 5'10 and 160lbs.
Most don't train right, eat right or use supplements so as to get the best from them. All too often they think drugs are a short cut. Hence the carb blockers, fat burners and using viagra for a fkin pump.
Now throw into that mix the idea that we need a roid just to get hyped for a workout... come the f**k on.
Here's what 99.9% need to have a good workout.
1) A decent meal before hand so they have the energy.
2) A cup of black coffee
3) To be hydrated - water will do
4) Their fave tunes on.
5) An ACTUAL plan of action beyond 'I'm a-gonna go lift'
6) A shake or small meal after.
Now you can throw in a little amino mix which MIGHT enhance the pump if you must. It'll add a 1-2% difference but if you need to take something like cheque drops just to get in the right frame of mind then stay the f**k at home. Cos...

Now-a-days the ONLY time I use ephedrine or cheque drops is when I compete. That's it. Otherwise what would I use on the day of a competition if I gotta use them just for the gym - rocket fuel??
