I used to use Myoplex, but it isn't a MRP, it's a post workout shake. All the carbs are maltodextrin. If taken before the gym or during the day, you are risking an insulin spike that could hurt your workout.
Lean mass matrix is all whole wheat slowly digesting carbs, muscle milk, micellean, and not many more I can think of.
I use:
1 cup of oats
2 scoops of whey
I scoop of Natty PB
Put in a blender and drink
This has 44 grams of protein 60 grams of carbs, and depending on milk or water, or PB and flax oil, it has alot of calories and is slow digesting.
