F Fantom604 New member Mar 12, 2002 #4 an hour and a half after my post workout shake (65g dextrose/maltodextrin, 35g whey, 400mg ala, 5g creatine, 10g glutamine), I have the following: whole wheat pita w/ turkey and ff cheese cereal like kashi w/ 1/2 mrp in water whole wheat bagel w/ natty pb carrots apple
