What's wrong with me? (diet and other advice needed)

For the last 3-4 weeks, I've been on a low carb, high protein (at least 300 grams), moderate to high fat (about 40grams).
So that alone, I should see some changes in body composition, right?

Two weeks ago, I started 100 mg Test/day (prop/susp combo) and 100 mg winny (oral)/day. Just this past week I upped the Test to 200 mg/day.

I haven't lost or gained any weight, and there's no visual difference in my body composition.
I can understand not losing any weight (because it's preserving my muscle while dieting). But my goal was to drop some bf%, and that's not happening either.

I'll be honest, my workouts aren't the best lately.
I started this cycle while already on HST (full body workout). Did that for 5 weeks. Liked the workout, but wasn't getting any different results. Took a few days off, went back to typical 1 or 2 body parts per day workout. Recently, I've felt crappy, lazy, unmotivated when it comes to the gym (I have good days and bad days).

Some stats and info: 30 years old, 220 lbs, 12% bf.
Second "real" cycle. First one (beginning of this year) was 500 mg TE/week, bumped up to 1000 mg/week about three weeks in. Total 10 weeks. Gained 30 lbs, kept 20.

What am I doing wrong?

You might want to calculate your total caloric intake for each day; it seems excessive to me.....afterall gear or no gear, it is a matter of calories in-----calories out. you must have a suffice deficeit to each day to see results.

You also stated that you feel lazy and de-motivated; sounds like you are overtrained, you should take a week off, and recuperate. be sure to get atleast 8-10 hours without disturbance. and you may even consider a refeed day to get you energy levels back up; take plenty of ala that day, and hit the gym hard the following session after your "rest week"

Good luck bro:)

Thanks for the response...

I actually took 6 days off last week, got back to the gym this Monday, and had a great workout. Then Tuesday I had a crappy workout, and yesterday I took off. I feel good so far today, so hopefully that will last all day.

I tried ALA a few months ago for about a month, didn't look/feel any different, but maybe I'll try it again.

How bout sleep?

about ALA; if you incorporated it into you normal meals other than insulin sensitivity you want feel too different. The real magic comes when you take it with simple carbs. Like today i took 1g with dextrose drink preworkout, and i had a sick ass pump. ALA works best with HIGH gi carbs. And plus it allows us to cheat a little each meal and actually benefit from it.

How many calories are you taking in a day? How many carbs? Also 40 grams of fat really is not high at all. And at 220 lbs, 300 grams of protein is not enough to build muscle. You should be taking in atleast 1.5 - 2 grams of protein per Lb of bodyweight especially if your on a low carb, low fat diet.
