What's with North Korea?

Just who the hell are they pissed at? Saying they can nuke CA and OR. Then saying they can nuke South Korea. But not admitting to having any nukes. We know they can have a few old fission bombs, but that's it. They can reach Western US soil with their midrange missiles.

But, what's up their asses these last few months? Starting a reactor their own power grids can't handle. Wanting a non aggression pact with the US. Saying they can nuke and beat everyone but never admitting to having nukes. Did someone spike thier rice?

Last night the flew a few of their fighter jets across the border into South Korea and gave the southerners a little scare.
