Diet starting 01.01.08. It will be interesting to se how much muscle is left. BF approximately 18%. Weight.117kg,(about 260lbs?) Going to drop down to right below 100kg. Il probably need to get even lower to really get ripped. If I feel to skinny I will probably be back on the dark side doing 10weeks on steroids of choice pretty fast.

I have used nandrolone decanoate - /winstrol, or trenbolone hex on diets before with awsome results. Steroid of choice when the weight is going up is a combination of Sustanon and nandrolone decanoate - , HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - - human chorionic gonadotropin - - human chorionic gonadotropin - from week one, and Nolvadex/Clenbuterol as PCT - post cycle therapy - - post cycle therapy - - post cycle therapy - .

Had my first real workout yesterday, and actually surprised myself. Technique in squats and deadlift sucked ass. But, I could still benchpress above 300lbs, so Im actually in a good place to start.

Ive allready planed a cycle down to the last dime, but I will try to go without for as long as I can. Two years off has done wonders for my natural testosterone levels, som im a little affraid about ruining my natural production again.
