whats up with those back injuries?

Very often when I do militaries, bent-over rows, or even lateral
db raises I got that flash of pain in my lower neck spine - which
tells me that i have to stop training and for the next few days
walk around without turning or moving my head. Its not in the
exact same place always, sometimes it's lower, sometimes more
on one side..
I've been trying to find a pattern for getting this type of injuru
and I can't find absolutly anything. I can do an exercise for 10
times, everytime in perfect strict form, and i'll get an injuru for
at least 2-3 times out of 10. Ok, maybe i don't properly warm up,
i don't use heavy weights, but i somehow feels its not about
warming up.. like there's some slight head movement wich
causes it. I can't control my head movements to that extent.

anybody with similar problems? You know what I'm talking about,
right? Anyone knows how to prevent or minimise risk? That stupid
little head movement puts me off the gym for several days
regulary... like right now while i'm typing this and can't even think
about turning my head to look at tv... help..

It is really hard to say.

Right now, I am dealing with a minor strain in the lower spine. It is preventing me from performing heavy barbell rows and deads. I can still squat, but stiff leg deads and good mornings must be placed on hold. Injuries suck. . .be patient and see what happens. I wish you luck!
