i guess they saved big buy making a CG Hulk, rather than hire a real big looking body builder........I think Kovaks would have played a good Hulk.

So very true. I was at the after party at the Olympia last year and Kovaks couldnt take more than 2-3 steps without having to grab his towel and wipe the sweat of his face.

Saw him the next day at the airport and it was the same thing. He is big as hell, but damn, he cant walk too far.

It would have been better to have a bodybuilder play it, even if he wasn't as big as the Hulk is supposed to be. That cgi Hulk looks VERY fake. It seems as if they didn't even blend it into the real backround too well.

Plus NO movie could live up to all this hype. I see everything from Hulk toothpaste to Hulk cupcakes day in, day out. I feel like I've seen the movie 20 times already! I have a feeling it's gonna blow. I hope I'm wrong though...

the reason why they used such a big guy is cuz it is going back to the beginning of the hulk comics when he was like 15 feet tall. they only used ferigno cuz they didn't have the skill to make a bigger guy. i think the cg looks pretty cool. u don't go to see a movie like that and expect things to look real. he a freakin comic book character... it's allowable

Hulk's a comic character in a fantasy story. Maybe he's supposed to look a little less realistic than he could have been generated.
Don't forget, all the Star Wars characters and Neo in the Burly Brawl scene looked incredibly fake too, and they were animating real characters. We'll have to see how it plays into the overall story.
