Get some textbooks dude. IMO that's the best way to be walked through the science in logical steps - builidng up to more complicated concepts.

i have a feeling a lot of these guys are bio/chem major from the way they talk, maybe i should have paid attention a little more in school, then i might have a clue what your talking about when you get really technical.
Andy got himself a prgrammable HP calculator and a Chemistry Textbook, and started talking in big words, and now everyone belives what he says.

Andy is one of our better educated members of the board in the specific sciences and while Im sure there are a sizeable number of vets in here with much more actual experience in using - that takes nothing away from andy's work or credibility. there are many pros who do more gear in 1 year than i may do in a lifetime (well, maybe not that much ) but very few have Andy's level of understanding of the chemical processes that are going on in their body.
