whats up w/all the muscletech bashing?

IMO they are just over priced. Good products but your paying for the advertisment and they high dollar liers uh I ment lawyers to sue this fine board.

So I'll say it again.... Until the lawsuit against Elite Fitness comes to an end.Boycott MUSCLETECH

I don't think that the products are too good, but they are too expensive. In my gym, we have trouble shifting the shit, not buying anymore when we run out.

Yep, they threatened legal action against this board becuase other people feel that the products are'nt good. Assholes.

I laugh my ass off everytime I see one of those adds that their creatine is 1300 times more effective, etc. What a load of horse shit. I am tired of them trying to pawn off amino acid supplements as pseudo steroids to unsuspecting teens who don't know better. Yeah, that acetabolan will really jack you up man!

MuscleTech is just ASKING for it by putting those moronic ads in magazines. Musclemag even has a training article advertised on the front of their mag. and when you open it up it's nothing more than a fucking ad for MuscleTech shit.

I noticed they have been doing that, the ad will start off as an actual article, then it changes to a full on ad for muscletech. Its quite clever but pisses smart people off.

That is why I can't stand reading Muscle Mag anymore. It is just one big infomercial for MT. It does piss off smart people, but some kids think - yeah I'm gonna get on some Muscle Tech roids and get huge!!!

im going to try to forget about the whole lawsuit issue and offer an unbiased perspective...

when i was a newbie i believed their outrageous claims and bought their products...not to say they are not quality supplements, but they are certainly not much better than the generic brands. after i did a bit of research on training / supplementation, i realized that any gains i made with muscletech were not all that unique, and comparible to gains i would have made using any other (much less expensive) supplement.

i felt pretty mislead, and realized the company is dishonest, they get a lot of money from newbies initially, but when they wise up, they never go back. why would any business want that

wouldnt a business want to develop a customer base?

all in all, muscletech products are ok, but way to expensive. their advertising is misleading and dishonest, and doesn't help anyone in the end, themselves included.

I like a lot of their products, but their outrageous claims and their high prices are not too popular with knowledgable lifters. They pissed a lot of people off on this board with threats of litigation against Spellwin and members of the board. It also seems like bashing MuscleTech has just become an "in" thing to do.

yep, bashing muscletech is the "in" thing to do, but i never did it to join the bandwagon, people like that are morons and need to seek help to get over being brainwashed like that. i made the decision for myself like a lot of people i know, and i concluded muscltech would be fine if their prices were better.

I hear you. I wasn't referring to your post. I made my reply without reading the thread. I like to do that sometimes so I express more of my own thoughts in my post instead of being influenced by those of other's. I agree that generic is just as good.

Funny how no-one from Muscletech actually comments on these threads.

They obviously read them.

Well.......I love the Chocolate Nitrotech and since I get it at a good price at the PX I but it. It's worth the money becuase I can actually drink it without gagging. But yes they are overpriced and their ads are so annoying. What's up with them fattening everyone up then giving them hydroxycut. And in the before pics the chick have stretch marks and are all nasty but in the after pics they airbrush the stretchmarks out and they are flawless.

BG-

Not just that - those people are on clen, DNP, cytomel as well. In the Muscle Tech magazine, they don't like to talk about those substances and play them down so readers will think Hydroxycut is better/more effective.
