What's this odd pain ...

gettinlarger

New member
So I'm squatting, and as I go heavier, I get this odd pain in my upper inner right thigh. It's pretty high, like 3/4 up from my knee. Is it my groin muscle?

When you squat down low, do your knees go inward? If so, you have weak adductors which are the muscles on the mid to upper inner thigh. A few solutions for this are wide stanced squats and using the adductor machine.

You can always try box squats for speed to try and strengthen it...
