Hey all,

I want to get to the truth once and for all here , Can you keep your gains off a dbol only cycle? I've heard so much controversy over this from people saying it was the best thing they did and they have kept all their gains to people saying its nothing but a waste of time and money.

I want to make it clear , I do not plan on doing a dbol only cycle , however I just want to know the truth! Is it possible for people to keep their gains with the proper pct after? or is this truly a dumb and wasted cycle.

Everyones opinions please! as well as your own experience!
 
of course you can.. why wouldn't you be able to?

the reason some guys say you can't is cause they blow up like fish from all the aromatization then they shrink back up. so to them those 'gains' went away..

keeping gains from a cycle is dependent on too many factors.. diet, workouts, sleep, PCT, what you run during cycle, etc etc.
 
also I will add slow steady gains after you built a strong base and know what the heck you are doing makes it more likely you will keep your gains.

running a strong short ester and blowing up fast when you have no base and decided to lift weights on a whim, then quitting on the gym after cycle like many guys do and you will lose everything guaranteed.
 
I have never done a dbol only cycle, so I can't give you an experienced answer. However I have experimented with dbol. Can you keep all gains? I'm going to say no, BUT you could keep a good percentage of them. Dbol will shut you down, and it is hard enough to keep ALL gains through a good pct. If you end up with 75% I'd say you are lucky. Also the answer is dependent on the intent of your question. If you are asking about wieght then I will say definitely not as everyone I know of carries water on dbol. You will lose some weight after cycle. All of it? Nope i've kept a good 80% of weight from cycles. Strength gains? This is more possible to keep to me than weight. I can put a quick 30 pounds on my bench and work out hard after cycle and keep it.
 
You won't keep all your gains as most of the weight you' ll lose will be water weight but I'm not a fan of just oral cycles , I generally use them as a kick start when running long esters I would advise you to run a dbol and test e cycle and you'll be really happy with your overall results .
