whats the official word on Test E

i tryed one shot a week, two shots a week, and one shot every other day...and two shots a week or every 4 days is the best

Ive done alot of searching and keep getting mixed answers of how many shots per week i should do of Test E. Im doing 500mg per week and some threads say once a week is ok since its a long ester but other threads say you should split it up into 2 shots a week. What do you guys think I should do?

I am fixing to start the same cycle.I am going for every 4 days to see how it works out.Before I used to shoot on monday and thursday just because I did not wrk out on saturday or sunday.Don't ask me why.I am fixing to get some QV always heard good stuff just hope my source is good.Mine is comming from p___teriods.c_mIf anyone has shopped here they can fill the blanks in and maybe warn me ahead of time.

Personally i would split into 2 shots per week, say mon thur, this can help you keep your bllod level more stable when using test e. This dosage schedule will vary with diff compounds tho.

Wouldnt hurt, I would if I were you....

I've tried both, but I don't have a definitive answer yet. According to charts once per week is good. If you are using other injectables then I would just split it up.

Makes sense if your running enough to need two or more shots you might as well break them up.
