Whats the lease payment on a $29,000 car

how long of a lease?

10% down? Maybe you can do less, but the adds generally have a couple K down payment required....

UM, leasing is not the same as purchase.

Take for example the Mini Cooper(I just priced one for kicks)

20,750 price tag

$3500 down

$342 per month to buy - 60 months
$299 per month to lease 36 months

Lease value is dependent on resale value -- if a car has held it's value the lease tends to be lower because the dealer can sell the returned lease easily. If not the lease will be very high and there will be no incentive to push a lease on customers.

Also, less money down the higher the lease.

Without knowing what car no one can give you an accurate answer.

Most luxury cars go for $349

Not likely.

Unless it's a striped down base model with a *special incentive offer* that's not gonna happen unless you put down $5000 down.

I am on the BMW website right now building a 325i sedan. MSRP is $28,495, lease is $337/mo.

So like i think i was on the right track.

i'd say it'll probably be mid $300s. i purchased a car in that price range and my payments are about $500/mo after putting 15% down

I would also call you tight buns, but we both know that would be a false pet-name;)

I got my 328is for $399 loaded listed at $42k bought it for $38k
with just under $2700down.

I got the better car and better deal.

Doesn't matter because it's not the norm.

My boss just priced the following.

Range Rover discovery SE $42k
5400 down
448 per month

Toyota Rav4 )loaded $24k
2300 down
556 per month

I have been in car sales a while ago and it all depends on one's credit and his/her abilities to bargain..

For the same
car one
can pay lets say $300 and other $340...It all varies...

What does a car salesman do after car sales? Since the devil is taken, I guess US president in the second choice.

car salesman sucks..but the real evil is the manager as the poor car salesman is jus a mere pawn..

hmmm, i was thinking no more than 2000 down. I would get a co signer if it would mean a lower interest rate and lease payment.
