What's the highest you let your BF...

9-10% huh? Man, for me that's being ripped. lol. I'm coming down from 15% right now and feel like a slob. I'm at 12% right now. I think i'll get down to 7% and try to stay below 10%. Of course that's what i always say but obviously haven't been able to do. :chomp:

I dont think I could get to 15% if I tried :chomp: :D
 
Normaly around 12% but this year I want to stay around 10% to make next years contest prep easier.
 
There is no point in ever getting above 12-15%

Fat is an inactive tissue and you only need so much of it IMO.

15% max for me.
 
I have been tantalizingly close to 17-18%, I bet. I'm probably still 15% and hoping for sub 10% by Christmas.

i coudn't either. 10% wouldn't even be possible. i could eat krispy kremes every meal and i swear it works like a fat burner
 
my scale "says im in the 25%" im dieting now but i really think its bs but honestly even 25% isnt gonna kill ya you'll just have a spare tire to burn off when you come off....btw i went from 165-207 in 16 weeks so i guess major fat gain is approiate...btw 193 as of now and dropping (fat hopefully)

Actually 25% IS pretty fat :o, and could lead to problems which would kill you in time (things like increased BP, arteriosclerosis, heart attack, type 2 diabetes, etc...:worried: )

So if one is that fat they really should get it back down to an acceptable level. As even in by USA Medical standards I believe 25% IS considered obese (by lazy American standards at that :worried: )
 
230 around 7.5% right now (clean). I was getting grainy skin when doing arms the other day. People kept asking me if I was doing a show!
I don't like to hit 10%. Sounds stupid but I get extremely depressed!!!

Not stupid bro, it's just that thinner people feel an extra 5lbs more than a chunkier person would.
 
Personally I like to keep it in a managable range and maintain a reasonable BF%. Some like to bulk up huge and then go through a crash cutting cycle. That just makes me miserable. Others can handle it better. It really depends on your level of discipline and how your body reacts to training.
 
I put on a good bit of weight easily, so I have to watch my diet extremely closely. 14% has been my general off peak weight, but man I hit 20% once when I started off lifting first. The dude in the gym said "Eat lots", so I leathered into the dough-nuts!!!!

Funny, I'm the same. I'm higher than I've been in a while now from an injury and som Enan. But if I get to 10% I freak. My gf freaks at 9%, but she can't cheat like I can!
