whats the fine f you are caught with pins?

i'll see if i can find an artical about a BB who was pulled over with one needle.

the clif notes on the artical were that he was really big and the pig. . um. . i mean cop, was sure he was using gear.

for whatever reason he was able to search the car and found 1 used needle. the pig. . um. . i mean cop tried and tried to get the guy to admit what it was for. the guy gave the pig. . um. . i mean cop so b/s story.

anyway, they ticketed him for transporting biohazzards impoperly. or some other bullshit like that. i never did read how it turned out.

just goes to show what those ass holes will do to a guy if it's a slow night.

i would have to think he beat it. i know insulin users don't carry around biohazzard containers every place they go.

yes i know. my point is, they can arrest you and take you to court open or not. now after you spend $1000's proving they can't do that. they will say, "you're right, our bad. we'll know better next time". so now you've proven in a court of law that you were right. however, your still out the $1000's.

another thing about the above mentioned artical. i don't remember the wording but it made me think that if you take the time to dispose all needles in one of those red boxes. then drive the full box to the hospital where it can be taken care of properly, that is illeagal too. you are supposed to have placards on any vehicle transporting haz materials. or something like that.

Some states may have specific laws but for the most part they are legal everywhere no matter how many you have. The reason why some stores will not sell them to you is just store policy and not law

MA has the most stringent laws in the US when it comes to these matters. Pins are illegal in MA without a prescription. The punishment for having possestion of a hyperdermic needle of any kind is usally a steep fine and you name is put in the news paper. Imagine you mom and or family and friends seeing you name in the paper and under it says convicted of possesing a needle. They will think your a crackhead or something.

If you don't have a prescription for them, they are contraband just like if a cop found a water bong in your car.

In m state I buy pins at eckers or walgreens / no script. They are legal as long as they dont have illegal residue. BTw, how does one get a precrption for a water bong?

california is just as bad, trust me...
