Whats the difference from 1-Andro & 4-Andro?

I've tried both and got two different effects. So I just wanted to know what eh difference was from 1 Andro and 4 Andro?

I know 1-AD is classed in with the legal steriods, and almost all of it is taken up by your body. However you might only absorb 10% of the 4-AD because your body cant make it available as easily. So basically the 1AD is much much stronger, and a steriod, and your 4-AD is a supplement which everyone knows does work. With the 4-AD, I've read allot about people running it as several hundred mg's per day... much less 1AD is needed (in fact its not safe to risk running it without knowing what your doing really).
