Whats the difference between a pull-over and a hang over?

pullover - an exercise where you lay over a bench with your head and possibly sholders hanging off with either a db in your hands or a barbell in your hands. with the dumbell arms are kept mostly straight and lowered from a full press position to the floor behind your head, then pulled back threw the same arc R.O.M. to the press position. with a barbell you keep your arms bent and go just past your head, and in the same motion with your arms still bent, bring the barbell to your chest.

hangover - a condition as a result of drinking way too much alcohol. can be done either by beer, or by hard shots. with the beer, atmosphere is usually relaxed, possible at a sports event. you drink untill the bottle is empty, then you immeditely grab another bottle untill you have achieved level of drunkeness. hang over insues the next morning, feels like a little guy with a jackhammer is working on your skull from the inside out. Shots require less fluid, and work a lot quicker, a lot like HIT training, this is known as HIT Drinking. usually leaves a worse headache and often accompanied by vomiting, upset stomach, dirreaha, and nausa.

PullOver -- Lie upper back perpendicular on bench. Flex hips slightly. Grasp barbell from behind and position over chest. Fix elbows 15° to 30° throughout exercise.


As for hangs... I've heard of hang cleans, hang snatches but not hang overs... perhaps it is a slang name generated for another exercise?

Nice! So for example: Lets say I want to do a hang over, All I have to do is down some alcohol? I think Im going to do some hang overs tonight. ThanX guys!

P.s. Pull-overs just arent for me, I think hang overs are more beneficial
