Ok, I'm actually gonna post a serious answer, since I freshly shaved my ass this morning.

Buy a "Venus" razor (I know they are for women, you want a clean ass or what ?)

Soap up. I use mild liquid soap.

If you use the razor slowly and carefully, It does a great job and you will not get cut.

PS: Don't shave your face with the same blade after it has been in your ass.
