No. Yohimbe, HGW, and tribulus will do nothing to make you horny.
Think logically for a second. What is sex to a man?
Sex has two components.
1. Desire (hornyness)
2. The ability to have an erection
Both are largely independent of one another. The most common form of impotence is loss of erection ability. Anxiety caused dysfuntion (effectively blocking sexual messages to the brain by allowing continual reinforcement of worries or negative thoughts), bad blood flow, nerve damage caused by diabeties or MS (inositol can help here), spinal or penile injuries are all causes here. Hence, Yohimbe, Viagra, Ginkgo are useful here. Viagra being the most useful for chronic impotence.
But Viagra, Yohimbe, Gingko, horny goat, spanish fly, etc. do not have much (if any) of an effect on desire (hornyness or sex drive). Viagra and Yohimbe work on the mechanics of an erection (Nitric Oxide production - look it up on Google). Ginkgo aids blood flow. Horny Goat Weed, Spanish Fly, Tribulus work by irritating the bladder or uretha. To my knoweldge only Spanish Fly has been proven to have this effect. When your bladder is full you often get an erection yes? That is because the bladder sits upon the prostate and causes pressure - which often results in an erection. Therefore, by irritating the uretha (spanish fly), prostate or bladder we can often induce an erection.
Sex drive or desire is the least common form of impotence. Those with low sexual desire often have no problem inducing an erection. It's just that they just don't want to. They have little or no desire to get it up. Perversely, they may still have nocturnal erections. It is sometimes linked to low levels of testosterone. It is often a result of depression and anxiety (not necessarily with low test levels). It can be a result of low dopamine levels - like what occurs in certain depressive illnesses. Test and dopamine are primarily responsible for sex drive. Steroids will make you horny. Deprenyl (a nootropic with dopamine enhancing properties) will enhance sex drive. Survector is a dopamine enhancing depression medication that enhanced sex drive (no longer available due to stupid American FDA ban - and the FDA's pressure on Europe to ban). You see, perversely, dopamine enhancing anti-depressants are considered to have abuse potential by the 'just say no to drugs kids' we love jesus and god American FDA. But I am going off on a tangent. L-dopa, L-tyrosine (one step before L-dopa), Welbutrin (Zyban), Ritalin possibly all possess some degree of libido enhancing effect. The key is dopamine and test and/or treating underlying anxiety and depression.
In short, tribulus and HGW may have some erectile enhancing effects due to irritation of the 'waterworks' (but this certainly HAS NOT been proven) and Yohimbe definately does have erection enhancing effects (nitric oxide NO). But neither will do fuck all for desire.
I thank you.
