whats the best program to create a web page

i know you smart savy people know where i can get the low down on the latest pc software, i need to build a web page but have no experience with web page building. however i would like to get a quality product

Dream Weaver Mx is pretty neat. It's also a good learning tool.

I second Dreamweaver. Get the whole suit so you have both, Dreamweaver MX and Flash MX. Great tools.

I like that suite too, I do use Frontpage as well. You can get them all on usenet.

Frontpage...no. Dreamweaver....yes

beyond all that hard shit, if you have MS Word you can just save ANYTHING as .html in the save as and ta-da, web page.

Dreamweaver. Stay away from Frontpage at all cost. a) it's a toy and b) it generates inefficient HTLM, JavaScript, etc..
