What would be the best excercise to get the obliques besides those damn twists and what would be the best to get the serratus anterior muscles? im trying to figure a real big ab work out day and i want to be thorough and hit everything hard.
side cable crunches are good, also the exercise where you hold a dumbbell and lean down and then back up works the obliques nicely, also hanging side leg raises... I like the first and the last the most, but all three will get the job done..
I do those too. I have always avoided the excersize that Yum describes (using weights and bending to the side) because someone told me that it can actually make you thicker. I don't know if it is true though. But you know how it is when you get an idea planted in your head
