What's the best choice??

i am 250 at 20%bf 6"1 looking to get a lot bigger, this is my second cycle i am youngster i think low doses should do the trick. which is better
durateston(sus) 250 a wk for 6 wks
and dbol at 25mg ed for 4wks
or deca instead of durateston any sugestion? i am most concern about face bloat.

No offesne, and I'll give you what I beleive to be sold advice, but don't even think about doing a cycle. You don't even have the basics down, and you're thinking about doing AAS? If your 250, you sound as if your BF may be high, if this is the case then you'd do better to diet down first. And train, eat, and sleep right, with proper cardio as well, you'll begin to look bigger muscle wise as you lose BF.
 
The dosages you are proposing are similar to the ones doctors used to use to prove that anabolics didn't build muscle. In other words, borderline hrt.

And if you are concerned about bloat, why even mention dbol?
 
cool my bf is not that high i am not looking to cut only to get bigget once i hit the 300lbs mark than i'll start to think about gcutting you gotta get big or get cut, you cant do both at once
i say somethign to you matto your prob have the same frame as 2pac. "slim matto"
 
hey small kid who bench 90lbs and walk around the gym w/o a shirt get a life,i all about getting huge than cutting i am in my off season, i can easly loose 10% fat w/ diet but i just want to get bigger, i dont want to be like you, the small kid in the gym who lift girly weight. ive been at 20% bodyfat before man, cut the bro some slack..........

my words of advice would be to stay around here and research. Spend most of your time on the training and diet board to get the basics down, there are a lot of good bros on there that will help you out a lot. You probably think you know more than you do

Then just spend 10 hours a day at Burger World and shoot yourself a shitload of Insulin...
 
i am not sure if it's 20% i think it is i dont look fat because i am young i loose weight like crazy a little jog or a diet it's wrap it's very hard for me to gain
 
Yeah dude, don't get so upset. The point that they're trying to make is that you will look bigger weighing 230lbs. at 10% then you do right now. Lower your bodyfat first, and then start gaining muscle. Just do a diet which will help you retain as much lean mass as possible. And with this, you don't need gear. Believe it or not, just some old fashioned basics like bcaa's and maybe some lean out....but most importantly a good diet.

Do this and you will be happier in the long run...and look better
 
rodph, you'll find that the leaner you are when starting a bulking phase the more lbm you can gain. Adipose tissue (fat) is insulin sensitive, and will tend to absorb alot of the insulin, alond with the glucose it transports, that would have otherwise been transported to your muscle cells. This will yeild less muscle mass, and a faster gain in body fat. Also bere in mind that once yoru reach a certain body mass (it varies from individual to individual) your body will resist gaining more mass quite a bit. If you are leaner, you can carry more lbm before reaching this point.

If you're goals are to get massive, your doses are more than a bit conservative. 250 mg of test for 6 weeks? That is perfect for a 40 year old man who wishes to maintain the muscle mass he built up naturally for the next 15 years (actually he would need a 15 year cycle, not a 6 week one though), but don't expect to look like Arnold anytime this decade doing cycles like that.
