Alright bros, I'm a couple weeks out from starting my next cycle and I'm subbed for this one... But first things first!
Age:25
Height:5'8"
Weight:183
Body fat:9%
One previous ultra drol cycle four months ago. Been training 3 years real hard. Diet varies depending on bulking or cutting mentality. This run will be a bulk.
So here's my plan as of now
Cycle
1-4 Beast drol 20/30/30/30
1-6 katana 350/350/400/400/450/450
1-4 hcgenerate 2 caps 3 times a day
1-6 need2gaurd 2 caps 4 times a day
1-8 creatine dosed per manufacturer
Pct
4-8 forged pct
4-8 intimidate test booster
( got these since need2's been out of unleashed/pct for almost a month now)
3-8 formastanzol 5 pumps 2 times
8-??? Bridge
Also thinking about adding a SERM at this point but not sure how...
Diet 4000 cals daily 300+protein gonna try and keep the carbs even with the protein intake
My goal on this run is to gain a solid keep able 15 pounds of lean muscle. I'm hoping with my limited exposure to aas my body will respond favorably and allow me substantial gains.
So there it is give me all the feedback u can. Anything u would add or change let me know money is not so much an issue but I don't have it to burn
