What's harder?

What is harder, gaining lean mass only or burning fat only?

I Think if you can just do cardio and not worry about the complex facts that occur with building muscle. then in theory its more simple to loose BF due to its simplicity. I guess you have to be a wreslter to see it this way..though..5 lbs in a day is not everyone ones idea of a good cardio workout..lol...its a little on the extreame side need to cut fast..but it can be done easy.

I agree.....if more people would just do some cardio they would be so much happier with how they looked and felt!
 
Hands down loosing fat and getting cut... I gain like a mofo and now just yesterday did i realize that bulking is way over and now it's time to cut.. In some way i'm gonna try a run with dbol-winny-clen (nolva on hand)

Beinng a wrestler myself in HS most know you drop water and get it back asap... Huge difference than loosing water wieght vs the mid-section and getting cut... I can loose 5 - 10lbs quick and easy but you woudn't notice the difference as i myself woudn't either.. Cutting sucks
 
ive been contest dieting for close to 16 weeks now

what i wouldnt give for a fat stack on pancakes... :p
 
Cutting by far, I cut on low carbs, just 2 servings per day, am and 1 hour pre workout, come the night the craving would be so so bad, almost have me in tears
 
cutting just fat is most difficult for me. In my situation tho, i am always at a low BF% and its going from around 8% to 5% that is really difficult. I ussually float anywhere from 8-11% or so.

Anything I gain is damn near as lean as it can get :chomp: :chomp: :chomp:
 
It depends on your body type.... If youre Endomorphic like I am, it's harder to gain just LBM while bulking up...... If youre Ectomorphic, it's harder not to lose LBM while cutting up..... So that's what would dictate what is harder I'd say....

I figured that out about a year ago and haven't lost my abs since... Definitely true bro.
 
Now that I think about it if you have any semblance of discipline and willpower losing fat is a cakewalk

Gaining LBM is brutal. Its physically makes me sick to eat as much as I have to in order to grow. the stomach discomfort is horrendous. I feel like I have to shit 16 times a day. My food bill is 10x what it is when Im dieting and I go around feeling like a bloated whale. On a good note its nice to be uberstrong and get insane muscle pumps when I have boatloads of carbs in me.
