What's good for mass while dropping bf%?

very hard to accomplish. VERY HARD! I would say if you hopped on a primo/tren/prop cycle you may be able to accomplish this. But, your diet would have to be absolutely dialed. I'll throw a disclaimer in here. The difficulty is going to depend on your level of muscularity and definitely genetics. Some people can hold muscle easily while others shrink away as soon as they begin cutting. I personally wouldn't even try to do the both at the same time. Building the physique you want is a process; bulk, cut, bulk, cut, bulk, cut. I really never ends. Put on 10lbs of legit muscle and then cut and hope you hold 7lbs of it, then do it again and again and again. Too many people try to do it all in one year or even one cycle IMO.
 
I've tried to do this this cycle. Like bts said it is very hard. What I have done is design a diet plan w/ a certain caloric intake and eat that ed for a month and see how my body reacts. I use scale and measuring tape. Then I'll adjust my diet again if I think results were not what I wanted. It's hard to do and you need to know exactly how many cals you are consuming ed. My cycle was test/eq/tren.
 
Allow me to add some information. I'm currently running NPP (100mg eod), Sust (500mg/wk), EQ (600mg/wk) for 12 weeks. My current stats are 5'10", 250lbs, approx 15% bf. Starting in June, I'm going to be begin lowing bf. I'd like to get down to about 9-10% while maintaining as much mass as possible. Now, all that being said, what would you guys advise?
 
I'd say your best bet is test/tren/winstrol or test/tren/primo with a diet no more than 500 calories over maintenance, training 4-5 times a week with 5-6 days of cardio.

Cardio

And a few other things

depends on what you think mass = good


if i told you how to maintain your weight.. 210 lbs.. and lose 5% bf...

that would be a net gain of 10.5 lbs of muscle...

would that be a good gain for you???
 
Tren and drol. Leaned out extra nice while holding all my muscle....i was eating like 1500 cals a day with 45min cardio ED. This is the second time running tren on a diet and seeing similar results.....so its tren

and you were able to still produce an erection?? tren would have shut down your natural production of test very quickly..

drol will add mass, but should be run 4 weeks...

hmmmmmmmmm???

It still worked, but in diminished form. Im on tren now (masteron oral EOD 50mg) and erections are fine, when i get them up, but i REALLY need to be in the mood.

Drol kept me full to the max while cutting all those cals. vascular too.

I might try that some time, but my upcoming cycle is for cutting

prop/tren/mast combined in one cc...

happy days.. we'll see
 
i bulk and cut at the same time ive been doing it heh. I just eat 5000 cals do what i do i drop BF and my muscles get bigger and ive already gained 6 lbs. And its all lean I can gain weight and loose fat at the same time.

There's no way your dropping bf on 5000cals unless you're doing tons of cardio.

:) you will probably look bloated while on...but i find when i come off and the bloat is off...then i am golden
do squats!!!! and deadlifts some people dont think this works because it is old school!!! i only get on the --treadmill 1 time a week and i am 8% body fat at 210lbs at 6ft but alot might be genetics but i also eat good (no cheat days) on or off cycle!!lift hard play hard.
