I just started to notice some slight discomfort in the joints of my legs (around knee cap area). Does anybody know any good remedies or something I can take to help it. It makes jogging uncomfortable....OUCH :worried:

Knox Gellatin,MSM, Glusomanine suflate, and last but not least Deca Durabolin.

RADAR

Are the first three you name sold at vitamin stores such as Vitamin World, GNC, ext.? I try to stay away from deca due to the detection time. I have to avoid that stuff.....despite how much I love it.

I use a combo with glucosamine and chondroitin, I get it at CostCo, but you can get it anywhere vitamins are sold. Knox gelatin (jello) you buy at the supermarket. If it hurts, the best thing is rest, take a few days off jogging, ride a bike or something. Allow it to heal properly and come back strong.

I'm new here, but not to juice. Karma is good.

There are things that you can do for your knee caps that will help probably more than taking some supplement. I had the same problem recently and went to a great PT guy who told me this would help quite a bit...and it has:
1) Do lifts that work your lower quads (last 15 degrees of leg presses really work them good)
2) Use a cardio step (or something else 4-6 inches above the floor) and keep one leg on the step, then touch the heel of your other leg to the ground in front of the step. Do this 10x for each leg (do 3 sets).
3) When doing leg lifts (like squat, lunges, etc.) make sure your knee doesn't go in front of your foot and never go past 90 degrees!
4) Avoid lifts where you kneel. If you can't, make sure you use padding of some sort.
5) After lifting or cardio ICE your sore joints for at least 20 minutes

You might also try some cardio that is less stressful on your knees like stationary bike.
