I am having two smallish baked chicken breasts with a italian sauce over them, and brown rice. I had a power bar for breakfast, and will have a whey shake for my afternoon snack. H20 throughout the day as well.
I have some red beans and rice for dinner too which I may find some chicken or something to go with for dinner. I didn't realize that RBNR is pretty healthy actually.
