Whats for Lunch today???

I am having two smallish baked chicken breasts with a italian sauce over them, and brown rice. I had a power bar for breakfast, and will have a whey shake for my afternoon snack. H20 throughout the day as well.

I have some red beans and rice for dinner too which I may find some chicken or something to go with for dinner. I didn't realize that RBNR is pretty healthy actually.
 
I've had eggs, whole grain toast, and a shake so far today. My lunches are chx and brown rice x 2. Probably throw a shake and some almonds in there too.

How often do you poop?
 
4 egg whites 1 banana for breakfast
salad topped with tuna and a 1/2 baked potato for lunch
Lots of water

Usually twice in the morning and once in the afternoon when I'm bulking. I'm only having a 1/2c. of rice (cooked measure) with each meal. Of course, if I throw in a cup of coffee here and there I'll manage another dook.
 
I'm already upto about 1500 cals so far this morning (Mass Tech, Syntha 6, Toast, Oatmeal and a wild berry powerbar. Looking forward to pigging out at lunch. We have the best cafe at my work.

Yo Turd, congrads on quitting smoking!! I quit about 9 years ago was so hard.

How the fook do you stay so regularis? I've been bulking and man, shatting normal is near impossible.

Drink a few protein shakes each day. You will have no problem shitting.

I have two shakes a day.

One @ 10am between breakfast and lunch and one @ 3pm between lunch and dinner.

Bloated feeling all night.

Get psyllium husk powder in your shakes. Maybe 3 tbsp/ day. Make sure you're eating plenty of vegetables, beans, and whole grains. You'll be a freaking play-doh factory.

I think that's my problem. My fruit, vegetable and beans consumption is nearly zero. I'm going shopping.

Wierd, I never have any issues while on the shakes but everyones diffrent. Maybe try getting some fiber pills.

Goes well with the lucky's I bet. That clean eatin is paying off i bet!
 
Baked fish with a side of brown rice. and a big ole glass of milk with crushed ice and blueberries in it. Yummmmeeee.
