I just had 3 pieces of Talipia, a tangerine, and I'm about to have either some beans or rice.

8 oz of chicken and 1 1/2 cup of rice *twirls finger with joy*

and 2 scoops of whey powder 28g of protien per scoop, with 1 cup of blueberries (mm) and a cup of skim milk.

You're gonna be fartin like a packmule. The body can't assimilate that much protein.

Mine can.. just fine.. especially considering I haven't eaten that much today.

drinking the shake now, going to eat the rice chicken in about 30 minutes.

Protein powder always makes me fart. No matter the brand. If I just stick with fish and chicken, I'm okay.

the only time, I was getting farts really is when I was taking the protien powder, aaand having like 3 cups of pasta with my chicken.. which was just way to much.
