Should I run Ox at high doses for 8 weeks at 100mg ED, or run anavar for 16 weeks at 40mg ED. Which would be most effective ?

Either would work awesome,but the 100mgs/day would definitely produce more dramatic results....

would you run it 10 mg every other hour, or like 20mgs every 3-4 hours, I have the 10mg ones ?

Since it's activity life is around 10 hours,space them out a little,2 tabs every 4 hours or so.And take them with food to avoid stomach irritation....
