Whats better for strength? Deca or tren?

I'm thinking its best not to run the two together along with the sus that I am on. Would it be better to run the tren and just use I tiny bit of deca for my joints like 100 to 200 mg of the deca?
 
deca is overrated when it comes to helping the joints. go with krill oil instead, it won't suppress you ... you can buy a bottle that will last you a full month or two off NTBM for cheap.

as far as strength i would say as long as your workouts are on par you will gain strength on both. with tren ace its much quicker, with deca its more of a slow process..

^^^Exactly, I have never liked Deca and when I was running cycles , I stopped using it due to the bloating and sides it gave me. Its way overrated, IMO.. Stick to Krill oil as Steve mentioned. Its cheaper and works better.
 
DECA FOR BLUNT FUCKING STRENGTH BRO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! tren yes makes u an animal but the drowsiness and non motivation can hamper the results...DECA on other hand fucking amazing
 
Deca is one of those compounds that people react very differently to. Personally, I'm not a fan.

I've used NPP and tren at the same dosage, 100mg eod. There's no comparison are far as strength and even overall gains, honestly. Tren was the clear cut winner for me. My main complaint with tren is it kills my appetite, making it hard to get in enough calories to really gain a lot of size.
 
with tren ace i get a bump after literally days on it. then week 4 the strength really starts kicking in.

my last tren cycle i had to buy a different pillow cause my neck, shoulders, etc grew so much.. much respect for deca as well but the recovery issues suck with deca.. with tren i recover just fine.

however like hayez said you might feel like crap on tren and on deca the sides are much less ... for me tren makes me feel de-hydrated all the time and suppresses my appetite. while on deca i was ordering 2 meals at restaurants which is a weapon because we all know food is the most anabolic thing. so if you don't care about gaining fat and pure bulking go with deca.. if you want to gain strength quickly and are willing to deal with a lot of potential sides then go with tren.

also i would swap in NPP over deca but that is a whole nother debate
 
Currently on week 4 of Tren E cycle, last cycle was deca. Already(my .02) Tren>Deca. I second the notion the Deca helping joints is way overrated. Stevesmi Hit the nail on the head.
