whats all the fuss about flax?

i see alot of people talking about flax oil and wonder what exactly is its role in what we're all doing? with and w/o AS?
 
Flax oil is excellent. It is rich in alpha linolenic acid, and omega-3
fatty acid and linoleic acid, an omega-6 fatty acid. These fatty acids are necessary for good health and cannot be made by the body.

Flax oil improves skin and hair, reduces blood pressure, aids in prevention of arthritis, lowers cholestorol and triglyceride levels.
It also helps with cardiovascular disease, psoriasis, and eczema. Essential Fatty Acids are also found in high concentration in the brain and aid in the transmission of nerve impulses and are needed for the normal development and normal functioning of the brain. Flax is definately worth purchasing, keep it refrigerated as well and out of direct sunlight.

flax seed is better for you than exlax!

Using all natural flaxseed is better for your body than say exlax,
besides cleaning you out you obtain omega 3 fatty acids,the same good stuff that you would get if you ate lots of fish or sea food. Try it and you will know why people fuss over flax seed!.
 
People take flax for health benefits, it won't increase your mass (unless you need the extra calories), or help you get cut.
 
I noticed a diffrence in my skin tone but it could be the flax or the vit E because I started both at the same time. I will let you know how it does on cholesterol in a couple of weeks since last check up it was border line high.
