What's a realistic goal?

I'm going to run Winstrol the last 5 weeks of my cycle (test/eq) and cut in hopes of dropping some fat and maintaining muscle and maybe even gaining.

Is dropping 10 pounds of fat realistic? I'm taking in about 3300-3500 calories now and doing no cardio. Should I drop it to 2500 and add cardio 3-5 days a week?
 
Winstrol will do nothing to help you lose fat. It will help you look harder, but the fat youe looking to lose is only going to come off through a good diet and some cardio. As far as dropping the calories, how much do you weigh? I would say you would at least have to drop to 2500 to see fat loss. Unless you are like me and have a very high metabolism.

10 lbs of pure fat is a lot. It can be done, but you may be pushing it when it comes to sacrificing muscle. I'd shoot for 1.5-1.75 lbs. per week. The calories that you'll need depends on what your maintenance level is. How many cals are you eating now?

I'm in week 6 of a 16 week test/eq/winny cycle. I'm running Winny (as well as the test/eq as well) weeks 11-16. I'm consuming about 3300-3500 calories a day. And I don't think I've gained any fat at this calorie level. I'm also doing no cardio. So I figured if I dropped it down to 2500 and added about 2 hours of cardio a week that would get me to about 2 pounds a week of fat.
 
dropping 1-2lbs a week in fat is really good.. 10lbs seems high to me but for sure you need to do morning cardio and cut ure diet up some.. :)

Your cycle is my exact first cycle that I ever ran. I loved it... ;) . Anyway only reduce your cals to about 3000. Add in 30 minutes of cardio on the stair climber, the one where the steps move, 5 days a week. That will do it. Cutting 1000 cals off your diet will crash your metabolism and you'll be at risk for losing muscle.

Man those steps are crazy bro....I can only go for 8 minutes on that crap. let alone 30....thats tuff

Go slow. Everyone that first gets on it tries going too fast. They only last 10 minutes before quitting. Nothing can replace the stair climber for cardio and fat loss. I hate the fucking thing, but it did it's job for my show.
 
To lose 2lbs of fat per week you need to work some combination of burning off and eating less a total of 7400 Calories. So, you need to cut just over 1000 Calories per day or do cardio to burn that or some balance of the two.

The more you starve yourself the more likely you are to lose muscle and push your body into being defensive about your metabolism so makavelli is on the nose and it's time for your cardio penance.
