I'm going to run Winstrol the last 5 weeks of my cycle (test/eq) and cut in hopes of dropping some fat and maintaining muscle and maybe even gaining.
Is dropping 10 pounds of fat realistic? I'm taking in about 3300-3500 calories now and doing no cardio. Should I drop it to 2500 and add cardio 3-5 days a week?
