just until i get my goods :p ..until them wich is gonna be like 3 months i have to train natural. how much volume should i shoot for?

90 decibels is a good start :D

How long have you been consistently training?

If you havent been training long, save a crapload of money and eat a truckload of clean food while doing some heavy lifting. Do needsize's 5x5 for a while or something like that.

If you havent been training long and you arent making progress its either a) not enough clean food to gain b) poor weight training program.

Maybe post what you are doing now and get some comments.

(Hopefully that didnt sound like a nagging nursing home occupant :)

It depends on how long you've been lifting and how many days per week you want to work out. With three months to play with, you might want to take a look at the madcow 5x5.

Depending on your level of conditioning, try one of the dual-factor programs or just dive in on the Single Factor version and run it for as long as it's giving results.

If it interests you and you have any questions, post up in the main 5x5 thread. There are quite a few here who have run the program more than once with good natty results.

if you don't know the answer to this why the hell are you jucing? but to answer your question, it depends if you're one of the majority of the population with limited recovery ability or a meso-stud who can do arnie routines.

On or off I train upper/lower split with 1-2 days off between sessions and 6-10 worksets per workout (of which maybe 4 are all out).
