What's a good maintenance diet?

My ckd is going extremely well. So well that I may be able finish at 4 weeks instead of 8. Anyways, my plan is to maintain through the rest of the summer and start bulking this winter.
Whats a good maintence diet?? I've heard 40/30/30 is pretty good. Does this mean 40%carbs/30%protein/30%fat? Are there any particular rules for this diet? What i mean is, should all the carbs be low gi, and how much of the fat should be efa's etc etc. what supplements are needed other than the regular mm/mv?

you could do a 40c/40p/20f diet.
and yes, you should still eat clean, i.e. lower GI carbs, EFA's etc.
just because you are not technically cutting doesn't mean that you could go ahead and eat your daily maintenance calories in snickers. yes, maintenance is more flexible, but try to eat clean as much as possible.

Remember, no matter what diet you go to for maintainance, introduce your carbs back gradually to keep from blowing up.
about 20g carb per day increase each wk.
wk1=25-45g carb
wk2=45-95g carb
....etc.
Or you could go even more gradual if youwanted.

p.s.-- congrats on the cutting going well !!

Speaking of blowing up from carbs... I'm going from ckd to bulking since everyone told me i'm a skinny fuck, so my carb levels have changed drastically. I'm trying to get up to around 200-250 carbs/day. that will take me 10-12 weeks if i only go up 20g/week!!! How bad is the blow up effect because i really dont have the patients to wait 10-12 weeks? Is it mostly water weight? Will ala do anything to prevent this?

you shouldn't blow up more than 5-10 pounds with 10 being pretty extreme. I found that each time I went off the CKD, I regained around 4-5 pounds of water.
