Whats a good diet for powerlifters looking to drop lots of bodyfat?

Can you post up a typical diet day as you have it now? It would make it easier to go from there. But generall speaking you want to emphasize oats, brown rice, vegtables, chicken breasts, fat free cottage cheese, tuna, salmon, natural peanut butter etc.

Of course you must eat less and do a bit of cardio to help things out. :)
