Whats a good cycle

Could anyone tell me a good cycle to take that will help me shred fat while keeping as much strength as possible and getting rid of gyno

Your diet will be the primary factor in losing weight as will cardio. What are your Statistics please?

age?
how long have you been working out?
whats your diet look like?
have you ever done a cycle and if so what was it and your results?

5'11 250lbs...ive been lifting for on and off for about 5 years and i have taking stuff before but i think i was giving bad info....i was going to take 500mg of test with 400mg Eq and 25mg

If your goals are to cut, then 500 week of Test E and 400 to 600 per week EQ is a good start. I would drop the Dbol if you are cutting and replace it with Anavar if anything at all. KEEP in mind that this cycle of EQ and TEST needs to be 14 weeks. EQ does take a while to see results in some and it is recommended that the longer you run it , the better results you will see. You should also be running HCG at 500 mgs per week to keep your levels up.
 
There is no cookie cutter gyno prevention I mean what works for me may not work for you..but forma stanzol works fine for me but I'm not prone to gyno. You may need arimidex or nolva.

My diet is ok but when i start a cycle i really buckle down

And i have test,tren and dbol before
I run Test/Tren all the time however TREN IS NOT FOR A first or second or third cycle. Tren is only for advanced users IMO due to the sides that can be associated with it. Which ever way you decide , remember Cardio, diet and proper training will do the work for you. The cycle will just enhance it. If you do not have a firm GRIP on your diet and training and cardio then DO NOT start this cycle , you will be disappointed in the results. Good luck to you Extremelean
