hey quietman whats up, u do realize that if u do this cycle u cant legitimately wear ur "no im not on steroids" shirt lol. and another thing when the hell are u gonna start benching like a powerlifter and not like a bb. shit ur doing 400lbs with really slow controlled reps elbows out at 90degs. grrr u just make me mad :die:

Obviously....your a newbie yourself. The truth is...we didnt get mad the first time...HECK we didnt get mad the 50th time...But everyday....the same questions...over and over...and over!

Because of people NOT searching for their answers....WE have to search for a good post. It takes needless time to weed through all the garbage until you find a post worth reading.

Sorry bro, but in order to keep the knowledgeable guys here, we need to keep this forum as free of the BS questions as possible.

depending on the amount of muscle mass you currently carrie

i would suggest 1g of gear per week TOPS

test 500mg/week
tren 75mg/eod
arimidex .5mg/ed

keep calories between 10-12cals/per lb of bodyweight/day

60%protein
30%carbs
10%fats

cardio 30min, 3-4 times per week, preferebly in AM before eating
 
Not the cycle that makes you cut....it's your diet and cardio.
