What's a good cycle for gaining endurance?

Hey guy's what is a good cycle for gaining endurance? I race superbikes and need to pick up a lot of endurance. I don't want to pack on a lot of mass. And what would be a good workout rotine? Like how many hours of cardio a day, and how many of weights a day? Thanks in advance.
 
I would do cardio in the mornings, and weight training later on during the day....

How old are you, how long have you been weight training (if at all)?

Hours??? Just the thought of that makes me loose ten pounds! I have ridden R1's great fucking bike, stable all the way up to 177(thats as high as I took the one I rode). No other bike I have ridden has come close...well maybe the Ducati 996 SPS.
 
Well I am soon tobe 31 years OLD . I have been weight training for many years. But have been off for about 4-5 months, due to a racing accident(shoulder). Fun highside, and about 110mph.

Buy the way my bike is a 2000 R1.
 
The only thing I've ever heard

is using equipoise for endurance. I know race horses use it for that purpose, my sister used to work for a race horse ranch. It shouldn't add much size and mostly just help get strong and lose a little bodyfat. Hope this helps a little.
 
I like equipoise to! Really good gains. But should I cycle it with others? I am going to run fina for sure. Makes me agressive, good for racing. Bad for them, good for me.:D
 
To be honest, the best pharmaceutical for endurance is EPO. I work with a triathlete and he uses test and anavar along with EPO. The best thing gear does is allow you to recover from workouts much faster.
 
I forgot all about halo. Made me rock hard aggresive. It was a very neat experince. Hey I don't mean to be a dumbass, but what is EPO? Thanks guy for the great help
